Our marvelous cakes are frozen, shrink wrapped to seal in freshness, meticulously packed, and shipped throughout the United States. They will occasionally arrive in a defrosted state. This is not a problem! Simply store your cake in the refrigerator and enjoy within the week, or return it to the freezer until you are ready to indulge.
