	Very Chocolate Cake- Four layers of dark, chocolate cake (sticks to the roof of your mouth) with chocolate butter cream and ganache between each layer. Frosted with chocolate ganache.
	Wicked Ways Mousse Torte - 3 layers of delicate sponge cake, filled with creamy chocolate mousse, frosted with smooth, light chocolate buttercream.
	Chocolate Raspberry Rosebud Torte - 3 layers of delicate sponge cake, filled with raspberry whipped cream, frosted with dark fudge frosting.

Delicate Delights:

These cakes are made with whole eggs, butter and real vanilla, so even though they are close to white, they're really lightly yellow.

	Orange Brandy Torte - 3 sponge layers filled with delicate citrus pastry cream enhance with a hint of brandy. Frosted with white buttercream.
	White Raspberry Rosebud Torte - Raspberry whipped cream is sandwiched between 3 delicate layers, frosted with smooth buttercream frosting.
